Architect

Senior Architech - Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Master’s Degree is an advantage
Licensed Architect is required
At least 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion
Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies
Experience in project coordination with engineers, consultants, and clients
Ability to prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications

Proven experience in managing infrastructure or building projects from planning to completion
Strong knowledge of structural design, site development, and construction methodologies
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, or similar tools
Thorough understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations
Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling
