2008
A business partnership between Mr. Edgar Sinogba and a colleague started in June 2008 at Manila, Philippines. As a Managing partner, Mr. Sinogba has contributed in the development and growth of the business which caters services that focus only on mechanical designs including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Unfortunately, the partnership agreement rescinded December of 2010.
2011
Recognizing the immense potential of the dissolved business in the fast-growing construction industry, Mr. Sinogba, equipped with his perseverance and tenacity, decided to start his own One-Person Company (OPC). EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers (ESCE) was then established in January of 2011. Under its new management, the company expanded its operations to provide all engineering services.
Present
At present, ESCE offers design, cost estimates and consultation services in Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines.We also offer CAD Drafting Services and HVAC Testing and Balancing (TAB) Mr. Sinogba, being a Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, oversees and gives hands-on supervision in all company operations himself. Continuously expanding, EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers (ESCE) envisions itself as one of the finest and topmost preferred consulting company worldwide.
